At Pokemachan Store, we take pride in delivering sealed and imported Pokémon card packs in perfect condition. Due to the collectible nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product seal has been opened.
Please note:
- All sales are final.
- The value of trading packs significantly diminishes once opened or handled.
- Returns and refunds are not accepted under normal circumstances.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Record a video of the unboxing and pack opening — this is mandatory for damage claims.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and order details.
- If eligible, you will be asked to ship the item back to us.
- Once the returned item is reviewed and approved, a refund may be issued.
Pokemachan Store reserves the right to accept or reject refund claims at its sole discretion.
