Information we collect and why
- Orders and accounts: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, purchases and account information, to fulfil orders, provide account access and support you.
- Payment records: payment status, transaction references and related order records, to confirm payment, handle refunds and maintain accounts. Payment credentials are processed through Razorpay; our order records are separate from the credentials you enter in its payment interface.
- Support: information you send through our contact form or email, to respond to your request.
- Website usage: information about pages visited, interactions and browser/device characteristics, through Google Analytics, to understand and improve the store.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar browser storage for functions such as login, cart sessions and saved preferences. Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to measure website activity. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies can affect login and checkout. Service providers and data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to operate the store and handle information needed for their functions:
- Hostinger: website hosting and related infrastructure.
- Razorpay: payment processing and related payment verification.
- Delivery providers and shipment tracking: delivery addresses, contact details and shipment references needed to deliver and track orders.
- Zoho Books and Inventory: customer and order information used for accounting and inventory management.
- Email and customer-support services: delivery of order updates, account messages and replies to enquiries.
- Google Analytics: website usage measurement as described above.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to handle payment disputes and protect the store against fraud. Providers may process information outside your country, under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to Instagram, Telegram and other external services are governed by those services' policies when you use them.
Order messages and marketing
We send service messages about your orders, payments, delivery, account and support requests. Promotional messages are separate and are sent only with your consent; you can ask us to stop them.
Security and retention
Our website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information as needed to fulfil orders, support customers, manage accounting records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Deleting an account may not remove order or payment records that must be retained.
