Last updated: 15 October 2026. This policy applies to all TCG products sold by PokeMachan, including booster packs, booster boxes, ungraded single cards and graded slabs.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on trading card products. Dissatisfaction with random card pulls or the perceived value of an opened pack is not a reason for a return.
Card condition
Ungraded single cards are Near Mint unless a different condition is stated on the product page. Near Mint is not a guarantee of a perfect card or a particular professional grading score. Graded cards are sold according to the grade and details shown in their listing.
Shipping damage or an item that is not as described
If an item arrives significantly damaged during shipping, is incorrect or does not match its description, contact pokemachanguys@gmail.com promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened outer package, shipping label, protective packaging and the item's condition as it is first revealed. Include photographs of the damage and keep all packaging. You do not need to open a sealed booster pack or box or break a slab to show external shipping damage.
How we review claims
PokeMachan reviews each claim individually, including the unboxing evidence, product listing, packaging and delivery circumstances. We decide the appropriate outcome under our store policy after reviewing the evidence, and that decision is final under this policy. If a return is required, contact us for instructions before sending the item back. Refunds or replacements are not automatic.
We use protective packaging, but the presence of bubble wrap or other protection does not by itself determine whether a claim is valid. A missing video may make assessment more difficult, but does not remove rights available under applicable law.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy, including our review decision, limits statutory consumer rights, remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, or access to consumer dispute-resolution processes.
