Welcome to Pokemachan Store! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using our website or placing any orders. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old OR use our services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that any payment method used belongs to you or your parent/legal guardian and is used with full authorisation.
By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Products & Authenticity
We sell factory-sealed Pokémon card packs and boxes sourced from verified Japanese sellers. While we are not an official Pokémon distributor, all products are sold as genuine collectibles.
Pokémon is a registered trademark of Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. Pokemachan Store has no affiliation with these entities.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid online through Razorpay, which supports UPI and card payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping charges are applied at checkout and are non-refundable.
Product prices include applicable import/customs duties.
Once payment is successfully completed via Razorpay, the transaction is considered final, subject to verification under these Terms.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Orders may be held, delayed, or cancelled for manual verification if payment details, account ownership, or transaction legitimacy cannot be reasonably verified.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within India.
Orders are dispatched once per week, every Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday 11:59 PM (IST) will be shipped the following Wednesday.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, regional restrictions, or factors beyond our control.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Items
Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
If a product arrives physically damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide a continuous unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- The damage upon opening
Once a sealed pack or box is opened, it permanently loses its collectible value. No refunds or replacements will be offered for opened products, regardless of card outcomes.
6. User Accounts
Users must create an account to place orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted through your account.
7. Data & Privacy
We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking services.
If this changes, our Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Intellectual Property
All product names, logos, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Pokemachan Store does not claim ownership of the Pokémon brand or any related intellectual property.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Age & Parental Consent (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age OR that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian and that payment is made using an account owned by the parent or guardian.
Orders placed by minors without valid consent may be held, cancelled, or refunded at our discretion. We may request proof of parental consent or payment ownership before processing or shipping an order.
11. Payment Authorisation
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Pokemachan Store is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorised use of payment accounts, including accounts belonging to parents or guardians.
12. Right to Cancel / Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to review, hold, cancel, or refund any order that appears to:
- Be placed by a minor without valid consent
- Involve unauthorised payment use
- Raise fraud, abuse, or compliance concerns
13. Collectibles & Trading Cards Disclaimer
Trading card products are collectible items. Pull rates, card values, and outcomes are random and not guaranteed.
Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with card pulls or perceived value once sealed products are opened.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
